Consumers can quickly authenticate products by scanning the security label with their smartphones, providing immediate confirmation that they have purchased a genuine JTEKT product. In addition, they can access relevant product information and services via JTEKT PARTS NAVI to search for car parts.
At the same time, the authentication process is managed through SCRIBOS 360, generating verification data that helps JTEKT identify unusual authentication patterns, investigate potential counterfeit incidents, and gain greater transparency into authentication activity.
